EACH organises conferences. Delegates from the member organisations of EACH meet as these conferences to discuss and resolve on steps to be taken to enhance the implementation of the EACH charter in all of Europe.
When necessary conclusions are formulated in the form of resolutions. EACH resolutions state ways and means to realize the elements of care that are described in the EACH Charter.
